I’ve read Gerry Dugan’s 46-issue run on Deadpool in “Marvel Now!” and I started reading Daniel Way’s run on the character, but I never read Deadpool and Cable. Which is usually better?

It’s a very entertaining read, especially if you like both characters. Can’t say if it’s better though as I haven’t’ read the others.
